Why you ask, am I posting this bit of old news?
Let me explain, even though DADT goes into effect September 20th, I just want too caution all gay military men to watch their backs (I'm sure ya'll know this already)
It has been my experience, that the military always has a back up contingency plan and this maybe just one of the way's they intend to free the military of unwanted gay service members.
A few years ago an acquaintance of mine (Dink Flamingo) found himself embroiled with the military over his use of active duty army men.
Though things went better than expected and DADT wasn't proved (both guys were str8 and the army really couldn't argue this point)one of the two guys accepted a dishonorable discharge willingly and the other was forced to do so under the threat of a two year prison sentence under the same articles of conduct quoted above, except in his case, instead of sodomy, the charges were adultery, not filed by his wife but by the conduct board itself.
Just say'in guys, these codes are still there and I would think long and hard about mentioning what a good fuck your boyfriend is anywhere publicly.
