I have always been a big fan of Carl Sagan. Cosmos put me on the science track. His book Comet is my all time favorite. Watching Cosmos and reading his books inspired me not only to look up at the stars but the world around us and how the human body adapted to survive on this blue dot we call home. To this day I thank my 7th grade science teacher for bringing me a ragged copy of The Dragons of Eden: Speculations on the Evolution of Human Intelligence. Between her and that book by Mr. Sagan they inspiring me to become a research and consultant pharmacist. Thank you so much for that great post.
