Self-appointed prophet Cindy Jacobs has
told her followers that God told her that he's unhappy with a pair of
Supreme Court rulings favoring gay marriage.
One of the rulings put a large dent in
the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA), while the second paved the way
for same-sex marriages to resume in California.
Jacobs, who preaches at the Red Oak,
Texas-based Generals International ministry, said that God told her
to “duck” her head.
“The Lord said to me. Recently, in
the United States we've had these Supreme Court decisions, you know,
that are against biblical marriage. And the Lord said to me, 'Duck
your head. Duck your head.'”
“What he said is, 'I'm going to mark
my people. I'm going to put a mark upon my people to bless them.'
They're going to be in a season, as long as you're tithing, obeying
the Lord. But there's a whole lot of shaking getting ready to
happen. A whole lot of shaking,” Jacobs
said.
“We have displeased the Lord and the
Earth is going to answer,” she added.
Finally, your Lord has revealed himself Cindy, BTW, he's called Satan. Only Satan would ask man to bow his head and umm...doesn't God forbid us to accept any mark upon us and aren't those who do accept it, damned for all eternity?
We can only hope the great shaking starts with Texas!
Oh, and don't think I didn't notice you put tithing before obeying the Lord.
