The Republican Party Is Obsessed With Homosexuals

Is it just me, or has the GOP gone completely mental over the last few months with their anti-gay diatribes?
This whole "Obama is silencing Christians" bullshit is just that bullshit, how can one tell, because it's all you hear and read about on TV and radio;  you can't swing a dead cat without being smacked in the face with it on the internet.  
For a group that is supposedly being silenced, they seem to be very capable of getting their message out there.
