Speaking in the Philippines, the leader of the Catholic Church criticized what he called the 'ideological colonization of the family' - language that many have taken to mean the marriage of same-sex couples.
'The family is threatened by growing efforts on the part of some to redefine the very institution of marriage, by relativism, by the culture of the ephemeral, by a lack of openness to life,' Francis said.
A Vatican spokesperson has confirmed the pope was referring, at least in part, to same-sex marriage. The pope was speaking to more than 1,000 families in downtown Manila.
During the trip, he also voiced his support for a ban on contraception and said if you insult faith, you can expect to get consequences - in reference to the Charlie Hebdo killings in Paris.
Not only does he shit on gays and their families, he also says all those people murdered in France by religious Islamic extremist deserved it for insulting religious faith?
How Catholics can even put up with crap like this is beyond me.
If anyone is attacking the "openness of life" it's asshats like this two faced clown.
