Dept of Labor’s LGBT Workplace Rights Vanishes 25 Minutes After Trump Elected
Donald Trump had been president of the US less than a half hour when things started disappearing.
Jay Franzone, who describes himself as a curator and communicator, quickly made note of the change on Twitter.
‘It’s only been 25 min and the Dept. of Labor’s report on Advancing LGBT Workplace Rights has been taken down,’ Franzone tweeted.
Trump’s nominee to be secretary of the Department of Labor is fast food CEO Andrew Puzder.
At a conference last year concerning the Republican Platform – of which Puzder was a committee member – he responded promisingly to Ohio delegate David Johnson’s comments dismissing ‘politically correct crap about transgender bathrooms.’
Puzder, chairing, said: ‘However, we do support nondiscrimination.’
