I've been purposely avoiding the whole *Duck Dynasty* bullshit, mostly because I grew up in the south, and nothing about the story shocks or surprises me.
You can't swing a dead cat without hitting someone who both looks like Phil or thinks just like him.
People like him are *willfully* ignorant and wallow in it like pigs in the mud, mercifully free from the ravages of intelligence.
But I ran across this piece on Johns blog and found it so amusing, I thought I'd share it with all of you.
Here's the gist of the story in Johns words:
In a rather odd trip to Walmart last night (it was mom’s idea), my family was in the “holiday” section looking through half-priced Christmas
leftovers when my 17 year old nephew walks up holding a “Duck Dynasty
‘Si’ Clock.” He pushes the button, and asks me what I think it’s
saying.
I thought he’d asked me “who” it sounded like, and told him I didn’t know. No, he said, WHAT’s it SAYING?
My mom and my other nephew, before I could even answer, both respond: “Heil Hitler.”
