Sedition...The New Republican Low?

Jefferson County Missouri Recorder of Deeds Debbie Dunnegan, up for reelection as Recorder of Deeds this November, posed this question on her Facebook page:

Clearly, Ms. Dunnegan has a different version of the Constitution from the rest of us, since the military code of conduct would define this as an act of sedition with penalties of fines and up ten years in prison.

Of course Ms. Dunnegan, once realizing this, added this statement to her Facebook page:

"Something innocent and simple got twisted into a disaster because it’s an election. I meant no ill intent toward the president. I meant no ill intent toward anybody."

Then again Deb's, you still refuse to removed this from your Facebook page and I'm pretty sure it's still seditious even if you make your Facebook page private.
