Mets Player Daniel Murphy disagrees with the homosexual ‘lifestyle’

Former LA Dodgers player Billy Bean retired from the sport in 1995, due to the pressures of playing in the public eye while closeted, and came out publicly as gay in 1999.
However, the former player – who is Major League Baseball’s Ambassador for Inclusion – was slammed by New York Mets player Daniel Murphy.
Mr Murphy told NJ.com: “I disagree with his lifestyle. I do disagree with the fact that Billy is a homosexual.
“That doesn't mean I can’t still invest in him and get to know him.
“I don’t think the fact that someone is a homosexual should completely shut the door on investing in them in a relational aspect. Getting to know him.
“That, I would say, you can still accept them but I do disagree with the lifestyle, 100 percent.”
He continued: “Maybe, as a Christian, we haven’t been as articulate enough in describing what our actual stance is on homosexuality.
“We love the people. We disagree the lifestyle. That’s the way I would describe it for me. It’s the same way that there are aspects of my life that I’m trying to surrender to Christ in my own life.
“There’s a great deal of many things, like my pride.
“I just think that as a believer trying to articulate it in a way that says just because I disagree with the lifestyle doesn't mean I’m just never going to speak to Billy Bean every time he walks through the door.

“That’s not love. That’s not love at all.”

I just wish one of these homophobes would explain to me exactly how saying you hate everything about me but still love me makes one bit of sense.
Here's the truth Daniel, just being nice to someone when your around them by accident or coincidence doesn't make you less of a homophobic asshole.
I would also like to know exactly how you and other so called Christians haven't articulated your *opinion* on homosexuality?
I understand you perfectly, you hate it and anything having to do with it...the real problem, is asshats like you trying to make us believe you still love us...the proof is in the pudding bud, actions speak louder than words and as far as I can tell, the way most Christians treat homosexuals and the things they say (like you) are no better than what ISIS radicals are saying.
