NYC Cops Caught On Video Dragging Gay Man Out Of House And Beating Him

From Pink News:
The New York Daily News reports that Louis Falcone, 31, said officers from the NYPD officers arrived at his home on 19 June to investigate a noise complaint.
Admitting that he had been arguing with his brother an hour prior, Falcone said the officers attempted to get him to go outside.
When he asked “for what”, and when his dog started barking, Falcone said the officers said: Get your dog out of here or I”ll fucking kill it!”
Despite having a boot on his foot following surgery, Falcone said the officers stepped on it on purpose.
Video footage from a neighbour showed Falcone screaming for mercy while the police officers subjected him to a violent beating.
“They threw me against the concrete in front of my house. My first reaction was to try to get up a little bit,” Falcone said.
“While I was on the ground, I had mud and blood in my mouth. One [of the cops] said, ‘Don’t let it get on you, he probably has AIDS, the faggot.’”
He went on: “They’re hitting me for no reason. One puts his knee on my neck. They were all piling on top of me… I said, ‘Please, I just had surgery on my foot. One of the cops stepped on my foot. Another cop comes and steps on my head.”
Falcone said he was left with “a broken nose, two black eyes, cuts to his face and body, and…more foot surgery.”
He is now suing the NYPD for violating his civil rights.
Falcone’s attorney Eric Subin, said the officers involved “belong behind bars”.
