Vigil Held In Charlottesville

The shock and outrage of the white supremacist rally and subsequent violence in Charlottesville, Virginia continues to reverberate throughout the United States. Last night, however, there was hope, love, and unity when hundreds gathered on the lawn of the University of Virginia (UVA) for a candlelight vigil.
UVA was the site of the white supremacist march Friday night, the evening before the rally. The white supremacists surrounded a group of students protesting their gathering.
The scene from last night lit up the campus in a much different way. Rather than Tiki torches, candlelight flooded the area as people sang, cried, and persevered together.

People posted images and videos from the night to Twitter and they will surely reinvigorate you with hope.
