My favorite quote of the day came in the form of Ted Olsons response to Justice Scalia's blatant homophobia (something that should have forced him to recuse himself from hearing this case)
Justice Scalia asked Olson, "When did it become unconstitutional to
exclude gays from marriage?" Olson gamely responded, "When did it
become unconstitutional to exclude interracial couples from marriage?"
