Spains High Court Upholds Gay Marriage As Constitutional

In an 8-3 vote, the high courts in Spain uphold the constitutionality of gay marriage which was being opposed by the Popular Party deputies.
It was their assertion that the constitution of the country meant for marriage to be between one man and one woman.
It's nice to see, that at least on this issue, there is at least sanity somewhere in this world!
