The last guy is Silvio Kersten (aka Chris Wide). Originally from Germany (despite his Brazilian sounding first name). Remember him? After he quit porn (where he was an all-out participant - a joy to see), he bulked up to enter bb contests & was featured on the cover of MuscleMag (? in 2009 - Nov. maybe) He looked fantastic in that cover pic.
