Henson, 30, shares the news in a new book he co-wrote by simply writing: 'Guy Here. So, I’m gay.' This revelation is mentioned within the pages of End of Discussion: How the Left’s Outrage Industry Shuts Down Debate, Manipulates Voters, and Makes America Less Free (and Fun) co-authored with Mary Katharine Ham.
But his focus remains conservative politics, not LGBTI equality. 'Gay rights is not something that dominates my attentions or my passions,' he tells BuzzFeed News. 'That may seem incongruous, that may seem counter-intuitive to a lot of people, but the issues that I care about most undergird the reasons why I’m a conservative and have been forever and will be a conservative moving forward.' Benson disputes the notion that gay Republicans must be self-loathing because the party's platform has been officially against same-sex marriage.
Party leaders on the federal and state leader have also fought against LGBTI equality and protections. 'I think that’s extraordinarily closed-minded and betrays a lack of imagination, at the very least,' he says of labeling gay conservatives as self-loathing. 'I’m for civil marriage, I’m for nondiscrimination laws,' he says. But, he adds: 'I think there should be broad carve-outs for religious organizations, in particular, and narrow carve-outs for closely-held businesses that serve the wedding industry.'
Here, allow me to translate for him:
He'd sell his own mother to make more money and doesn't give a rats ass about gay, black or women's rights.
He would gleefully rip away any equality gay's have won and dance on their rotting corpses if it meant he could advanced the tea party conservative theocratic principles (oxymoron?).

Supreme Court upholds New Jersey's ban on gay conversion therapy
The court refused to hear a challenge to the law today, which means that a ruling made last September by the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals will remain in place.
The Court of Appeals said that the ban, which was signed into law in 2013, didn't violate the the free speech or religious rights of those who offer conversion therapy to minors in the state.
This is the second time the Supreme Court has refused to hear an argument on such a law, following the court's dismissal of a similar argument against Florida's ban in 2014.
Conversion therapy, also called reparative therapy, is rejected by all major American medical, psychiatric, psychological and professional counseling organizations.

Congratulations Mr Gay World, Germany's Klaus Burkart
The 1.83m tall milk technician from Wangen im Allgäu was presented with the Mr Gay World sash and trophy by 2014 winner Stuart Hatton in Cape Town, South Africa on Saturday night.
Burkart says in his official profile on the Mr Gay World website he would like to be a 'role model for young gay [men] all over the world and help them with their coming out and also change young people's opinion of homosexuality.'
'I would like to lead the world to a point where it is not essential to even have a coming out.'
He added that he is planning a campaign to visit schools and talk about how to avoid bullying and gay bashing.

Someone Please Help Glenn Beck...He's Gone Completely Insane
Conservative commentator Glenn Beck on
Thursday predicted that church attendance would shrink by half in the
next five years if the Supreme Court declares gay marriage bans
unconstitutional.
Beck made the prediction after
interviewing Aaron and Melissa Klein, the owners of an Oregon bakery
who are facing fines for refusing to make a cake for a lesbian
couple's 2013 commitment ceremony. (At the time, gay couples could
not marry in Oregon.)
A high court ruling striking down the
bans will lead to government seizures of church property and the
persecution of Christians, Beck
said.
“Mark my words,” Beck told
listeners, “if gay marriage goes through the Supreme Court and gay
marriage becomes fine and they can put teeth in it so now they can go
after churches, like the president's lawyer says, 50 percent of our
churches will fall away. Meaning, within 5 years, 50 percent of the
congregants will fall away from their church because they won't be
able to take the persecution.”
Beck continued: “Mark my word, within
5 years, 50 percent of the people that you sit next to in church will
not be there. And not because [they'll say,] 'You know what, I think
[gay marriage is] fine,' but because they'll say, 'I can't do that.
I'll lose my job. People are picketing my house. I just can't do
that.'”
Um, I think if church attendance drops 50 percent, it's more likely due to lying, homo-hysterical asshats like yourself, Tony Perkins, Pat Robertson, Scott Lively and yes, even the Pope. (just to name a few)
Education is your enemy, visual proof of your hate captured on social media your demise...that is, if you don't change your appalling, child like temper tantrums and ever worsening behavior and rhetoric toward those not conforming and codifying your abhorrently destructive, patriarchal delusions.
It's not to late Beck, embrace your brothers and sisters in all their diversity with love and understanding, sympathy and dignity...you know, just like Jesus commanded of all his *true* followers or suffer the fate you and your ilk have tried, for untold generations, to force on others.
