Germany Knowingly Pick A Homophobe To Represent Them In The Next EuroVision Contest

Germany is sending a singer to compete in the Eurovision Song Contest, a performer famous for a song likening gay people with child murderers and pedophiles.
Xavier Naidoo is a R&B artist who released the song Wo Sind Sie Jetzt (‘Where are they now?’) which contained homophobic lyrics.
In the song, which also describes Satanic sacrifice, asks these men: ‘Why don’t you like pussy when every person came out one?’
But now Naidoo has been chosen by public broadcaster ARD to represent Germany in the camp contest loved by the LGBT community.
‘I’m really keen for the ESC. This contest that binds nations together is something really special for me, and of course I’ll show up to bring the thing home,’ Naidoo said.
‘I promise to sing more beautifully and better than I ever have in my life. I’ll show in my three minutes on the stage that we make music with passion in Germany, too.’
Nearly 10,000 people have signed a petition to stop Naidoo from representing Germany at Eurovision.
When the track was originally released, he was forced to apology after being subject to a lawsuit. In a statement, he said it was never his ‘intention to equate homosexuality and pedophilia or to call for violence against any person’.
Speaking to Meedia, ARD’s entertainment coordinator Thomas Schreiber said they knew Naidoo would be a ‘polarizing’ choice.
‘Regarding the allegations, Xavier Naidoo stands for tolerance of all lifestyles. He has recently signed a petition calling for same-sex marriage, and when we spoke to him, he promoted tolerance for all people.
‘He also works with LGBT artists, and as a young man worked as a bouncer in gay clubs.’

See, he works with gay people in the music industry, so he can't hate LGBT people...um, I think the obvious thing here, is that it would be impossible for a musician/singer to work in the industry without having to deal with gay people, doesn't mean he likes it.
As for being a bouncer in a gay club, so you mean he got free booze and the chance to be rude to gay men and rough them up plus get paid to do so?
Germany is sorely lagging behind in LGBT rights, their leader and her party staunchly refuse, citing religious reasons, to grant marriage equality to gay people and continue too treat gay people as second class citizens and lets face it, the German people, who by the polls continue to say they are overwhelmingly in support of LGBT inclusion in both civil and marriage rights, have, for the last ten years, continued to strongly support these leaders with their votes.
To an outsider, like me, this sounds like double speak.
Say one thing, to give the illusion of being inclusive and do the exact opposite when push comes to shove.
In this country, we call that being two faced.
Wake up gay Germany, your having the wool pulled over your eye's, or maybe you like that sort of thing.

oh come on Ulf, you've told us this and you've told us that, but you've ignored Gay Iron Law #1: he's not sufficiently attractive
