Czech court recognizes gay adoption
The ruling came on 5 November in a case involving 10-year-old twins adopted by a Czech-French couple.
The Czech man and his French husband adopted the boys as new-born babies in San Francisco, where they live.
However, the children spend their holidays with their grandmother in the Czech Republic, where their fathers previously had no rights over them.
Their Czech father told the Mladá fronta Dnes newspaper that the ruling meant his children would be granted Czech citizenship, which would make traveling to Europe a lot easier.
The landmark decision was allowed by a change in the law, whereby Czech courts may recognize foreign rulings on adoption, and sets a precedent for other gay couples.
Gay couples in the Czech Republic have been pushing for the right to adopt the biological children of their partners for years.
An amendment to the registered partnership law which would allow this has been in parliament for over a year, but has not been put on the agenda.
According to a June opinion poll, 49% of Czechs oppose joint adoption by gay couples (compared to 44% who support it), though 59% support step-child adoption.
Worth Remembering
The death toll of 14 could have been higher had Kaufman – who ran a coffee cart and worked as a job trainer at the facility – not tried to save the lives of others before he lost his own.
It’s been revealed that Kaufman was in the hallway of the facility when the shooting started and he began shouting ‘Get out! Go! Get out now! Hurry!’
He began to push people out of harm’s way and rushing them towards a door to escape. It was during this process that Kaufman was shot and killed.
He is being credited with saving at least four lives, according to The Pride.
Kaufman had been trading texts with his partner three years, Ryan Reyes, throughout the morning of the attack and Reyes had said ‘he was his usual cheerful, chattering self.’
Reyes, 32, who had to wait an excruciating 22 hours before finding out his boyfriend’s fate, is expected to appear on TV’s Dr. Phil this week to speak about his late partner and the tragedy.

Marco Rubio Wants You To Know, He Hates Fags Too
One of the top five polling candidates in the crowded Republican presidential field tells the Christian Broadcasting Network he would seek out potential Supreme Court justices who are against same-sex marriage and abortion.
He is critical of the high court for its 5-4 vote in June that made same-sex marriage legal in all 50 states. Two of the votes for marriage equality came from justices appointed by President Barack Obama.
‘… There is no way that you can read that Constitution and deduce from it that there is constitutional right to an abortion, or a constitutional right to marry someone of the same sex,’ Rubio said.
‘You need judges that understand how constitutionally flawed that those two kinds of rulings and others have been and that’s what the most important thing the next President will do is appoint Supreme court Justices that actually will apply the constitution irrespective of their personal feelings about the issue.’
Rubio would also reverse some executive orders made by Obama that seek to end LGBT discrimination.
‘ … Things like gender equality in restrooms,’ Rubio said. ‘You’ve seen some local districts and others been forced to, you know, provide girls access to a boys’ bathroom and so forth.’
He added: ‘… But also ensure that we’re not doing anything that at any part in our government that is putting organizations that are motivated by their faith or organized around their faith from having to violate the tenants of their faith and that includes government contractors.
‘There are many government contractors and small companies who provide services to the government who are faith-based people, and they are, they are being compelled to sin by government in their business conduct. That is not something we should be supporting.’

Ted Nugent Is A Pussy
He made some characteristically bizarre comments in an interview with conspiracy theorist haven InfoWars.
Nugent said: “People now realize the self-inflicted curse that is Barack Obama and the liberal Democrats who hate freedom, who hate the Constitution… they are intentionally on a runaway freight train to weaken America".
“These liberal Democrats are some strange subhuman freaks, that subhuman freaks vote for.
If you’re not standing up and fighting the beast, you’re bending over and taking it in the a**, and that’s what liberal Democrats want everybody to do.
He added: “America, you’ve got to cleanse this country!”
Nugent has previously said he thinks gay sex is “against nature".
He claimed: “I’m repulsed at the concept of man-on-man sex, I think it’s against nature. I think it’s strange as hell, but if that’s what you are I love ya… I’m not going to judge another’s morals.
“I say live and let live. I have friends that are gay.”
So Ted, when you say:

You mean the liberal President who derailed the Republicans fiscal banking collapse, ended the mortgage crisis, ended an ever inflating jobless rate, the economic rape of America supporting an egotistical Republican President who thought he could immortalize himself in glorious victory with a war on Iraq, that led to the creation of ISIS and saving us from the near devastation of an economic collapse of Wallstreet?
Then yes, Obama accomplished all of that and much, much more.
It must really gall you white Republicans, that a black man saved this country from certain economic doom and brought us into a new age of potential social enlightenment that would have never been possible by the backward, ignorant rantings of knuckle draggers like your gun totting, fag hating self.
If anyone is truly inferior, it would be those who think their morally bankrupt ideology is what makes America great.
With any luck Ted, you and your ilk are a dying breed, gasping your final breaths, while futilely pouring the last vestiges of your loathsome, hateful energies into that odious cesspool you call Republican Presidential candidates.

Christian apologist Alex McFarland on
Thursday blamed the terrorist shooting in San Bernardino, California
on abortion and gay marriage.
The husband and wife team's attack on a
holiday party for environmental health department left 14 people dead
and injured 21. The shooters died during a shootout with authorities
the same day. Authorities are investigating the massacre as an act
of terrorism with possible links to ISIS.
McFarland appeared on Dove TV's Focus
Today to discuss the attack.
“People are saying, 'Why didn't God
prevent this?'” McFarland
started. “Look, we've for 45 years told God to leave us alone.
Fifty-seven to sixty million babies aborted, now our Supreme Court
has deviated from natural law to case law and we've redefined
marriage … God forgive us for the murder of the unborn. God
forgive us for kicking prayer out of public schools. God forgive us
for making sodomy mainstream and redefining marriage.”
Elsewhere on the program, McFarland
declared that President Barack Obama supposedly refused to fight the
forces of radical Islam because he's secretly a Muslim.
“In my heart … I suspect he is a
Muslim,” he said. “I really do.”
Another supposed Christian, proving that Christianity is just one short step away from being as radicalized and evil as their Islamic fundamentalist counterparts.
The same rhetoric, the same "God hates anyone not like us" , the fear mongering, the holier than thou supremacy and the joyful glee at the lamentations and suffering of anyone they deem inferior.
All the Abrahamic religions abound with an incessant need to oppress and subjugate; stifle anything or anyone that doesn't conform to their death worshiping cults and do so while saying "their" religion is the one true religion of God, love and peace.
